of America and international copyright laws.
By opening up a FREE account
the Account Holder and/or property owner agrees that they have no formal
contract or agreement with a licensed property
management or realty company in Folly Beach, South
Carolina or with any licensed property management or
realty company company within the United States.
PAYMENT
The payment term for use of the services of this website is 5% of the rental charge (herein
known as "Advertising Fee") that is published
on the individual rental property page of the Account
Holder. The
Advertising Fee is charged to the Account Holder, Property
Owner,
Property Manager or Property Management Company who is
the Account Holder.
The Account Holder, Property
Owner,
Property Manager or Property Management Company who is
the Account Holder
agrees to pay the Advertising Fee by logging into their
FREE account and clicking on the "Accept Reservation"
link in the Reservation Manager area of their FREE
account.
Once the Account Holder
accepts the reservation it is recommended that the
Account Holder procure a deposit fromm each of their
renters as soon as they make a reservation through the
www.follybeachscvacationrentals.com reservation
system.
REFUND POLICY
If for any reason the renter DOES NOT send the
Account Holder a deposit and the renter does not wind up
renting the Account Holder's property -
www.follybeachscvacationrentals.com will refund the 5%
advertising fee that was charged to the Account Holder
(minus www.follybeachscvacationrentals.com's merchant
fees which amounts to 4% of the money that was charged
to the Account Holder).
If the Account Holder's renter DOES send the
Account Holder a deposit and the renter does not show up
for their vacation - www.follybeachscvacationrentals.com
expects the Account Holder to retain the renter's
deposit and www.follybeachscvacationrentals.com will not
offer a refund on any of the 5% advertising charge that
was incurred by the Account Holder.
www.follybeachscvacationrentals.com expects that the
deposit that the Account Holder retains will be more
than adequate to cover the Advertising Fee that was
incurred by the Account Holder from
www.follybeachscvacationrentals.com.
www.follybeachscvacationrentals.com does reserve the
right to contact the Account Holder's potential renter
in the case there are any requests for refunds by the
Account Holder.
Reminder: The Advertising
Fee will NOT
be charged to the party making the reservation or the
party who is renting the vacation property.
The Advertising Fee of 5% of the published rental charge may change but only when
the Account Holder, Property Owner,
Property Manager or Property Management Company is notified in writing by
www.follybeachscvacationrentals.com.
The Account Holder, Property
Owner,
Property Manager or Property Management Company will be required
to agree to the changed Advertising Fee of 5% of the
published rental charge in order for the new Advertising
Fee to be implemented.
DOCUMENTS CONTAINED IN THIS WEB SITE
Except as expressly prohibited on this Web Site, you are permitted to view, copy, print, and distribute documents within this Web Site (such as Software, FAQs, Tech Notes, Booklets, and so on), subject to your agreement that: (a) You will not modify the documents or graphics. (b) You will not copy or distribute graphics separate from their accompanying text and you will not quote materials out of their context. (c) You will display a copyright notice and the below trademark notice on all documents or portions of documents and retain any other copyright and other proprietary notices on every copy you make.
